At Woxi, Rob leads all commercial efforts, from business development through to long-term customer success. He is also a critical member of our innovation think tank.
Rob is obsessed with working strategically with teams and clients to support the building of great brands and successful innovation protocols and initiatives. Most recently, Rob served as CEO and Board Director at GutCheck, a leading agile market research company. At GutCheck, Rob and his team designed innovative new solutions that brought clarity on the human experience to help major global companies and brands create greater affinity with their customers and consumers. Rob has great experience leading client-facing teams and business units at major research companies, including: IRI, Nielsen, BASES, and Kantar. Rob became a passionate advocate for elevating innovation performance as the leader of BASES for North America for a six-year period. Earlier in his career, Rob held a variety of Sales and Marketing leadership roles in CPG, starting at Procter & Gamble, and eventually Tambrands and Reckitt-Benckiser.
Rob was the co-author of the Nielsen Breakthrough Innovation thought leadership reports from 2013-2016. He is an expert in the “Jobs-to-be-Done” framework for strategy and innovation.
Rob holds a BS from the University of Maryland. He lives in Kennebunkport, Maine, with his wife, Gina.
